Industrial Roofing Business Developer

Nations Roof, a premier commercial roofing solutions provider, seeks an experienced Industrial Roofing Business Developer to drive the growth of our recurring service revenue. As a Commercial Roofing Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing new client relationships, providing expert recommendations for both company-owned and leased properties, and expanding our local client base.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and business development within the commercial/industrial industry. They will possess an understanding of commercial roofing processes and terminology, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key responsibilities include developing new client relationships, preparing and delivering service estimates and sales proposals, closing business deals by coordinating requirements and negotiating contracts, and engaging in cold calling, B2B marketing, and attending networking events to generate leads.
