Key Responsibilities- Support customer registrations and renewals through outbound efforts via phone and email
- Resolve customer care issues via online chat, email, and phone, addressing inquiries about registration, company profiles, and information maintained by our platform
- Route other inquiries to the appropriate teams within our organization
- Update customer information in our CRM software during and after each interaction
- Assist customers in setting up their profiles and providing comprehensive information to maximize their utilization and success with our software
- Connect with technical support teams to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
- Enthusiasm and passion for assisting others and contributing to the success of a hyper-growth company
- Familiarity and comfort with modern tools like CRM software
- Ability to work with minimal oversight
- Personable, professional, and able to communicate effectively with customers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- $16 hourly base pay
- Performance-based bonus - 8% of sales paid monthly
