Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the sales and delivery of Credit Union products and services to both new and existing members, including consumer loans and account openings.
  • Assist in managing branch operations, ensuring smooth communication and adherence to member service expectations.
  • Develop familiarity with all staff roles within the branch, actively participating in various positions as needed.
  • Monitor branch financial performance, loan growth, and membership expansion, contributing to the achievement of branch objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with established loan policies and procedures, making sound recommendations as necessary.
  • Maintain adherence to all applicable Credit Union policies and manage security protocols.
  • May receive training as a Mortgage Loan Officer and assist in gathering preliminary information for loan processing.
  • Conduct audits and ensure compliance with Credit Union standards.
  • Manage operational expenses effectively to maximize service quality.
  • Foster positive communication between members and branch staff, as well as among employees.
  • Supervise branch employees, overseeing work schedules and related functions.
  • Assist in training staff on sales, service, and compliance with regulations.
  • Participate in the hiring process and employee evaluations, recommending performance rewards and salary adjustments.
  • Implement disciplinary actions as approved by management.

  • Provide exemplary service and promote teamwork within the Credit Union.

  • Attend all required meetings and maintain punctuality.

Working Conditions:

  • Occasional lifting of items weighing up to 60 lbs.
  • Potential exposure to various workplace challenges.
  • Extended periods of sitting or standing may be required.
  • Repetitive motions and extensive keyboarding may be necessary.
