Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct registrations through accurate face-to-face interviews to collect demographic, insurance, medical, and financial information.
- Be cross-trained to support all areas of Patient Access at any facility, including Front Desk, Admitting Office, Emergency Department, and Cashier.
- Maintain productivity and quality standards.
- Serve as a Super User.
- Act as a resource for training new team members and during the implementation of new processes.
- Provide registration and cash collection access in Epic.
- Perform other assigned duties.

Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Certifications:
- None required.

Complexity of Work:
- Basic knowledge of PC software applications and ability to utilize multiple data systems.
- Demonstrated understanding of medical terminology sufficient to comprehend physician orders or completion of a relevant course within one year.
- Must be detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to multitask and maintain composure in challenging situations within a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrates a positive and professional demeanor while effectively communicating with customers and team members.

Work Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing role with in-person or phone contact.
- An Associate's degree may substitute for up to one year of the stated experience.
- A Bachelor's degree may substitute for up to two years of the stated experience.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.
- Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.
- Ability to handle physical records or operate a computer or other office equipment; ability to travel throughout the facility; ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
