Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU

- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, lab results, and medication administration
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure informed decision-making and optimal care
- 1-2 years of recent experience in ICU nursing
- Current RN licensure in the state of Indiana
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
