About the Role:

In this role, you will perform accounting duties in various departments, providing accurate and timely financial information to support business decisions. You will analyze data from multiple systems, reports, and processes, and prepare internal and external financial reports. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform accounting duties in various departments, including financial reporting, account reconciliations, and financial data analysis.
  • Prepare internal and external financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Analyze data from multiple systems, reports, and processes to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Identify and research account discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  • Assist with projects and project support as directed, and maintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
  • Less than 2 years of relevant work experience or college internship.
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft products and/or tax software.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge and understanding of US GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and internal controls.

Workstyle:

Fully onsite.

Our Benefits:

We offer a competitive total rewards package, including base wages and comprehensive benefits. The pay range for this role is $19.73 to $27.00, and the pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation.
