Job Summary:

As a Marketing Specialist at Children's Health, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Marketing Manager in developing and executing marketing solutions that inform and engage targeted audiences. Your expertise will be essential in creating comprehensive marketing plans, partnering with hospital business entities, and implementing strategic and tactical marketing deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide marketing expertise and communicate organizational objectives, key messages, and proper positioning to achieve business objectives.
  • Assist in the development of strategic marketing plans for business partner initiatives, including situation analysis, key objectives, messaging, strategies, target audiences, communication vehicles, and methodology for measurement of marketing deliverables.
  • Build and sustain strong, effective relationships with peers, business partner leadership, and internal partners to foster collaboration and deliver effective marketing consultation and communications.
  • Serve as the marketing representative to key areas throughout Children's Health.

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations, agency, or a related field.
  • Four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
