Epidemiology Director Opportunity at Moderna Therapeutics

We are seeking a highly skilled Epidemiology Director to lead our Oncology mRNA technologies evidence generation activities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing evidence generation strategies to support the clinical development of our mRNA technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute epidemiology plans to enhance value and accelerate development of Oncology mRNA technologies
  • Provide epidemiological input to product development, including clinical, safety, and economic outcomes
  • Design and execute pre-launch, launch, and post-marketing epidemiology plans
  • Conduct literature reviews, gap analyses, and mathematical modeling to inform safety, effectiveness, and impact studies
  • Lead cross-functional teams and work streams to deliver high-quality results within established timelines
Requirements:
  • PhD in Epidemiology or Pharmacoepidemiology, or MPH/MS in Epidemiology with relevant experience
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in an industry setting, preferably in a related therapeutic area
  • Proven track record in planning and execution of epidemiology plans, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality results
