Job Description:

We're seeking a customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time opportunity that offers the chance to work in a dynamic retail environment and develop valuable skills in customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all clients.
  • Handle multiple responsibilities and balance customer priorities efficiently.
  • Schedule deliveries to meet customers' needs, ensuring timely and seamless experiences.
  • Go above and beyond to address customer concerns and requests, demonstrating a commitment to excellence.
  • Support sales and operations teams to ensure every customer has a great experience in our store.
  • Multitask effectively within a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and professionalism.
  • Utilize effective communication and organizational skills to interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Exercise excellent listening skills and work independently and collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.
  • Perform additional functions assigned by management, contributing to the success of our team.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to learn our Point of Sale system (with training).
  • Flexibility to work a typical retail schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
