Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee quality care and overall client satisfaction
  • Supervise and provide guidance to caregivers who provide direct care to clients
  • Manage employee scheduling, identify problem situations, and implement proactive solutions
  • Maintain strong and positive relationships with referral partners, payor sources, and clients
Requirements
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business, Nursing, Social Services, or related field of study (per regulatory requirements)
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Excellent customer service skills
