Position Overview

This role is designed for a professional with a strong foundation in managing funding and reimbursements within the behavioral health sector. The ideal candidate will have a robust nursing background coupled with exceptional leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the management of behavioral health funding and reimbursements.
  • Ensure optimal bed utilization within the facility.
  • Lead and mentor a dedicated team of nursing professionals.
  • Deliver high-quality care to children and adolescents facing developmental and psychiatric challenges.
Qualifications

The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and hold a valid Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania. A Master's degree is preferred, along with a minimum of three years of nursing experience in a healthcare environment, including at least one year in a supervisory capacity.

Compensation and Benefits

Jobot offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $97,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package, including:
