Position: Chief of Psychological Services - Inpatient and Outpatient

Shift: Full Time - 40 hours/week, Day shift - no evenings or weekends required

Key Competencies and Responsibilities:

  1. Strong leadership and organizational capabilities.
  2. Ability to collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary teams.
  3. Proficient in psychological and neuropsychological assessments.
  4. Exceptional report-writing, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Advanced psychotherapy techniques.
  6. Proven management and supervisory skills to guide doctoral-level psychologists and neuropsychologists.
  7. Maintains a patient caseload of 40-50%.

Experience Required:

  1. A minimum of five years of clinical experience is essential.
  2. Prior experience in a supervisory role is preferred.

Educational Qualifications:

  1. A Doctorate in Psychology is mandatory.

Licenses and Certifications:

  1. A valid Pennsylvania license as a psychologist is required.
  2. Certification from ABPP or ABCN is preferred.
