Responsabilidades Principales (no limitadas a):

  • Revisar las facturas de cuentas por pagar, asignar números de proveedor y confirmar los códigos contables correctos.
  • Ingresar la información del proveedor de manera precisa en el sistema de software contable.
  • Manejar las responsabilidades de cuentas por cobrar.
  • Realizar conciliaciones bancarias y de tarjetas de crédito.
  • Procesar la nómina interna y los pagos a subcontratistas con precisión.
  • Responder a las consultas de los proveedores investigando cuentas.

Nuestro candidato ideal debe tener:

  • Título universitario en contabilidad, negocios, finanzas o experiencia laboral equivalente.
  • Al menos dos años de experiencia contable directa.
  • Dominio del paquete de Microsoft Office o software similar.
  • Conocimiento de SAGE, TimberScan, Avid Xchange u otro software de automatización de cuentas por pagar es una ventaja.

Requisitos Mentales y Físicos:

  • Debe ser capaz de permanecer en una posición estática la mayor parte del tiempo.
  • Operar una computadora y otras máquinas de oficina regularmente.
  • Capacidad para levantar hasta 15 libras cuando sea necesario.

Condiciones de Trabajo:

  • Este rol implica trabajar en un entorno de oficina cerrado.

Se utilizan herramientas de oficina como computadoras, impresoras y fotocopiadoras.
