About Rocky Mountain Prep
Rocky Mountain Prep is an expanding network of innovative public charter schools dedicated to serving students from pre-kindergarten through 12th Grade in the Greater Denver Area. Since our inception in 2012, we have grown from a single school with 130 students to four schools, currently supporting over 1,800 scholars across two districts. - Regularly collect, input, and analyze academic data to deliver targeted instruction and interventions that foster a culture of learning.
- Establish a robust classroom environment where scholars can learn, develop, and flourish through structured routines, proactive, and restorative practices.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work atmosphere for colleagues that prioritizes student well-being.
- Engage in regular communication and collaboration with teammates, parents, and administrators.
- Participate in professional development sessions designed to provide constructive feedback and coaching to enhance instructional practices.
- Thoroughly prepare and internalize lesson plans to optimize class time and student learning outcomes.

Qualifications
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience working with students or adults with disabilities.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with culturally responsive instruction and critical pedagogical frameworks.
- Proven success in working with scholars from historically marginalized communities.
