Salary: CHF 80,000 - CHF 100,000 per annum

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled payroll professional to join our team in Switzerland. As a Senior Payroll Consultant, you will be responsible for managing payroll operations for international organizations, ensuring compliance with local regulations and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct payroll administration and provide support to internal customers, including preparation and input of salary payments, annual reward plan activities, and benefits administration.
  • Work closely with HR stakeholders, outsourced payroll vendors, and finance teams to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Manage purchase-to-pay process relating to benefits activities, collaborate with finance teams, and investigate any delays or issues.
  • Advise and inform employees of changes and developments related to benefits, including eligibility, coverage, and provisions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in payroll administration, preferably in Spain and other Southern Countries.
  • Fluent in English, Spanish speaking advantageous when dealing with local authorities.
  • Working knowledge of country employment regulations related to payroll compliance and calculation.
  • Technical skills required to use common applications, including MS Office Suite, PowerPoint, and advanced knowledge of Word & Excel.
  • Understanding of Data Protection and Equal Opportunities practices.
