Position Summary:
The Sales Associate plays a crucial role in supporting the Studio Manager with membership sales, driving new client engagement, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors. This position does not require prior fitness experience but demands a passion for customer service and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the sales process, including lead generation and follow-up.
2. Schedule and confirm introductory sessions for potential members.
3. Manage front desk operations, greeting clients and prospects upon arrival.
4. Conduct facility tours, identifying and addressing individual client needs.
5. Maintain a personal sales production level that meets studio goals.
6. Promote the studio’s services to current and prospective members.
7. Book quality appointments to meet monthly sales targets and follow up on leads.
8. Participate in community events to enhance studio visibility.
9. Ensure the studio environment is clean and organized.
10. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Exceptional sales, communication, and customer service skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Proficient in using software systems for scheduling and management.
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Basic computer proficiency required.
- Availability to work on weekends.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive hourly wage based on experience, up to $18.
