Objective for Students:

To evaluate assessment data and deliver timely, research-driven interventions in core subjects for Title I students who are currently performing below grade level based on NWEA and other assessment tools.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collect, organize, and analyze assessment data for Title I identified students.
2.

Implement effective instructional techniques and research-supported intervention materials to address the educational needs of Title I students.

3. Demonstrate intervention strategies in the classroom to both general and special education instructors.
4.

Examine current student achievement data and administer necessary assessments to facilitate progress monitoring for Title I students.

5. Participate in the building-level MTSS team and engage in weekly MTSS meetings and DIBELS data analysis sessions, providing leadership in collaboration with the building administrator.
6. Work alongside classroom teachers, building administrators, and parents to design effective MTSS interventions.
7. Maintain precise records of student performance, parent communications, and progress reports as mandated by Title I regulations and district policies.
8.

Engage in professional development opportunities that enhance instructional practices and support the necessary research-based resources for successful intervention program implementation and ongoing professional growth.

9. Adhere to district policies and guidelines.
10. Uphold professional conduct as outlined in the Certified Staff Handbook.
11. Execute additional responsibilities as assigned by the Building Administrator.
12. Safeguard the confidentiality of all personal, student, or personnel records and information.
