Patient Care Associate

We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Associate to join our team at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH). As a Patient Care Associate, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our patients and families.
Key Responsibilities- Assist patients with daily living needs, including monitoring and reading vital signs, drawing blood, and obtaining EKGs.
- Respond to patient requests in a timely manner, safeguarding patient confidentiality and monitoring patient safety.
- Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary healthcare team to promote a safe and compassionate patient care environment.

Qualifications- Must have recent experience and/or training in clinical patient care.
- Preferred: Licensed, certified, or enrolled student in a Nursing Assistant, Medical Assistant, Mental Health Technician, or EMT accredited program.
