We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Associate to join our Oncology Float Pool team at Mass General Brigham. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional care to patients and their families, working collaboratively with our nursing staff to ensure the highest quality of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the RN with clinical tasks, including glucometry, EKGs, and vital signs.
  • Respond to patient and family needs, taking a proactive role in the efficient operation of the unit.
Requirements
  • Certification as a CNA, PCT, MA, EMT, or commensurate experience required.
  • Bi-lingual skills preferred.
  • Prior experience in a clinical setting preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology.
