About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Land Development Project Manager to join our team in Phoenix, AZ and Salt Lake City, UT. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple land development projects, directing project engineers and designers, and ensuring successful project delivery and completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Help acquire new clients and collaborate with clients through project life cycles
  • Manage multiple land development projects and direct project engineers and designers
  • Ensure successful project delivery and completion
  • Conduct normal project management functions (reporting and client invoice approval)
  • Manage project future workloads, staffing assignments, and project budgets
  • Guide, mentor, and develop engineers and designers
  • Analyze and interpret public agency regulations and procedures
  • Coordinate with staff, consultants, clients, agencies, and other team members
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Accredited school
  • 5 years of civil site land development project experience
  • Residential and/or Multi-family experience
  • Active PE License
  • AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, CUHP, and/or SWMM
  • Strong knowledge of all major technical aspects of Land Development engineering
  • Efficiency with Microsoft Project
  • Proven record in project delivery and consultative work
