Land Development Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Land Development Project Manager to join our team at All About People. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for directing and administering the activities of in-house and outsourced teams for client services, ensuring high-quality services with a strong emphasis on client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop scopes, prepare cost proposals, and negotiate contract language to meet client needs.
- Create and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain and develop client relationships through effective communication and project management.
- Supervise, develop, and mentor team members to ensure their growth and success.
- Ensure quality control throughout the project duration, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
- Utilize strong technical and civil engineering knowledge to prepare design on land development projects.
- Work with AutoCAD Civil3D to create and manage project designs.
- Display strong judgment and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Thrive in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve project goals.
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work while delivering exceptional client service.
- Self-motivated and able to manage and meet multiple critical deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Arizona PE or ability to obtain within 3 months.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, supervise, coordinate technical work, and satisfy clients.
- Proven track record of successful client interaction, including initiating contacts, negotiating contracts, ensuring client satisfaction, and securing referrals.
- Civil3D knowledge and capabilities a plus.
