Position Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in delivering outstanding service to our clients. You will be tasked with identifying and implementing effective solutions for customer needs. Your responsibilities will include managing order entries, providing product information, and ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify issues proactively and explore alternative solutions to resolve customer problems.
  • Provide exceptional support and communicate updates to all stakeholders involved.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and participate in team problem-solving activities.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure satisfaction.
  • Communicate proactively with customers and account managers, demonstrating urgency and professionalism.
  • Process purchase orders, change orders, lab requests, and quotes in accordance with departmental policies.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints, including complex issues.
  • Support Business Development Managers with assigned accounts, assisting in the resolution of customer concerns.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
