Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the Center's strategic goals and objectives.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Center, including budgeting, funding, and resource allocation.
  • Foster collaboration among researchers, policymakers, and industry leaders to advance the Center's mission.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of flagship events, including conferences and workshops.
  • Administer an internal grants program to support innovative research.
  • Support the work of the Executive Committee and facilitate communication with stakeholders.
  • Enhance the Center's research infrastructure to support data sharing and collaborative research projects.
  • Oversee the fellows program and build relationships with key external stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure the program's long-term sustainability and influence public policy development.
Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have a Ph.D. or equivalent in a relevant field, a strong background in data science, and a minimum of 5-7 years of related experience. Proven leadership and management skills, experience in securing and managing research funding, and a strong network of relationships within academia, media, technology, and social innovation communities are essential.
