Role Summary: As a Commercial Lines Account Executive or Client Relationship Manager within our innovative insurance organization, you will act as the principal agent for Producer-assigned accounts. This position involves both service and sales responsibilities. You will oversee a mid-market portfolio and lead a dedicated service team, ensuring exceptional client management and fostering business development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Services: Independently manage client relationships and provide services with minimal oversight from Producers.
  • Team Leadership: Direct and supervise a service team to effectively manage a mid-market portfolio.
  • Client Engagement: Participate in interviews and respond to RFPs, ensuring robust client engagement.
  • Renewal Management: Analyze and present renewal options, securing renewal business and additional coverage lines.
  • Promotion: Advocate for various agency services through customized Producer Service Proposals.
  • Expert Analysis: Deliver expert analysis and recommendations on clients' existing coverage plans.
  • Carrier Selection: Choose carriers for solicitation, negotiating favorable terms and premiums.
  • Client Support: Address and resolve client inquiries, including benefits and claims issues.
  • Contract Management: Review and ensure the accuracy of client coverage contracts and amendments.
  • Vendor Negotiation: Manage and negotiate contracts with third-party vendors on behalf of clients.
  • Team Oversight: Oversee and support a dedicated service team, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of relevant work experience in the insurance sector.
  • Certifications: Designations such as CIC, CISR, CSRM, AAI are advantageous.
Skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Teamwork-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in planning, organization, and prioritization.
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite, AMS360, or EPIC.
