Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Associate to spearhead our sales strategy and client acquisition efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and collaborating with our founders to close sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source new clients and develop a deep understanding of their needs and pain points
  • Evangelize the benefits of our cloud platform and its applications in biotech
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with our founders to develop and execute sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a STEM field or an MBA
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the biotech industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
  • Relocation to the greater Boston metro area is a plus

Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000 base salary, $100,000 - $140,000 OTE
