Job Title: Advertising Sales Manager

About the Role:

The Advertising Sales Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing all sales and promotional activities to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the management team to set organizational sales goals and budgets.
  • Direct and develop sales team members to ensure organizational sales goals are achieved.
  • Oversee, monitor, and direct all sales activity, including agency reseller relationships.
  • Develop sales teams to sell solutions and campaigns.
  • Work closely with the management team to create and roll out new products and services.
  • Conduct performance reviews for sales team members.
  • Authorize and approve marketing and entertainment expenses according to budget.
  • Participate in key community events and community networking activities.
  • Oversee and direct the production of advertising content and design.

Requirements:

  • Experience in media sales.
  • Ad copy/script writing skills are a plus.
