Classified Advertising Specialist Job Description

Lotus Media Group, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Classified Advertising Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating revenue by selling classified advertising space to local businesses and individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and sell classified advertising space to new and existing clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the sales game
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and ideas

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in a media or advertising environment
  • Strong prospecting, presentation, and selling skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficient computer and internet skills
  • Strong consultative sales ability
