Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Hospitality Manager to oversee key resident-facing areas, including reception, dining services, and housekeeping. The successful candidate will work closely with the Executive Director to manage daily operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for residents and families.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to maintain high service quality in reception and dining.
- Ensure cleanliness throughout the community and maintain departmental policies and procedures.
