Position Summary

As a Front Desk Associate, you will manage the daily front desk functions, interact with clients, stylists, and management, and ensure that every visitor has a positive experience. Your responsibilities will include greeting clients, checking them in, and guiding them to their designated beauty stations.


Core Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations at the front desk.
  • Welcome and assist clients upon arrival.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments through phone and email.
  • Handle payment transactions accurately.
  • Open and close the salon as needed.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a receptionist role, preferably in a salon environment, is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with salon services and products is a plus; training will be provided.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Cosmetology certification is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficient in computer usage.
