Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at Siemens Energy. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical services for our combustion turbine-generators and associated auxiliary systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commissioning and start-up of turbine-generators and associated auxiliary systems
  • Troubleshooting and maintenance of turbine-generators and associated auxiliary systems
  • Combustion dynamics and emissions tuning
  • Metrology and alignment services for turbine-generators
  • Modal analysis and vibration analysis for turbine-generators
  • Steam turbine commissioning and maintenance
  • Ensuring safe working conditions and adhering to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Completed Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology
  • 5 years of proven experience in the Power Generation or Oil and Gas Industries
  • Advanced knowledge in one or more of the following technical areas: commissioning, combustion dynamics, metrology, modal analysis, vibration analysis, and turbine-generator startup and operations
  • Excellent analytical, detail-oriented, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software, particularly Excel and Word
  • Ability to read, interpret, and follow technical drawings, schematics, and written work instructions/procedures
