Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at SLS LUX in Miami. As a key member of our Front Desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences, managing front desk operations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage front desk operations, including guest check-in, check-out, and room assignments
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and sales to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest stays, including room assignments, rates, and special requests
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve front desk operations, including process improvements and staff training
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in front desk operations, preferably in an upscale hotel
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and resolving guest issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and other departments
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
