Client Care Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

The Client Care Operations Manager plays a vital role in delivering personalized care tailored to the unique needs of each client in their own homes.


  • Oversee the quality of care and overall satisfaction of clients.
  • Supervise and mentor Caregivers providing direct care to clients.
  • Manage employee schedules, identify challenges, and implement effective solutions.
  • Maintain strong, positive relationships with referral partners, payors, and clients.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping practices.
  • Conduct regular home visits and safety assessments.

Qualifications:
- An associate or bachelor's degree in business, nursing, social services, or a related field is preferred.
- A reliable and accountable individual who can work independently and exercise sound judgment.
- A valid driver's license and auto insurance are required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
