Position Requirements

  • Operate the restaurant to achieve or surpass financial performance goals.

  • Lead and mentor team members to enhance their performance.
Key Duties:

The individual in this role is expected to engage in the following activities and fulfill all training requirements, including:
  • Zaxby's Front of House Development Program
    • Hands-on training at various stations
  • Deliver friendly and enthusiastic service to all guests
    • Greet guests promptly upon arrival and express gratitude as they depart
  • Stay informed about current promotions
    • Clarify menu items, respond to inquiries, and suggest additional offerings
  • Represent the Zaxby's brand with enthusiasm
  • Accurately process orders and transactions
    • Input guest orders correctly into the point of sale system
  • Handle payments, operate cash registers, and maintain accurate receipts
    • Manage cash transactions, verify tills, and document totals appropriately
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment
    • Ensure cleanliness in guest areas, including dining spaces, counters, restrooms, and exterior
    • Maintain equipment and report maintenance needs to management
    • Restock supplies such as paper goods, condiments, and beverages
    • Keep workspaces tidy and organized
  • Accurately prepare, package, and present guest orders
