Key Responsibilities

Requirements Analysis:

  • Collaborate with Supply Chain and Operations teams to identify business needs and convert them into precise technical specifications.

  • Conduct thorough analyses to outline system objectives for complex implementations and enhancements.

System Configuration and Optimization:

  • Configure Manufacturing Operations (MES, MOM) solutions to align with business requirements, emphasizing operational efficiency and quality.
  • Enhance system settings to ensure optimal performance and seamless operations.

System Enhancements:

  • Identify and implement opportunities for system improvements, collaborating with developers to create custom solutions.
  • Propose AI-driven enhancements to streamline supply chain operations and decision-making.

Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Serve as a project leader and subject matter expert within the IT team, focusing on manufacturing and quality functions.
  • Work closely with Business Relationship Managers to support strategic initiatives and foster innovation.
  • Facilitate communication between IT and Operations to ensure alignment of system capabilities with business processes.

Integration and Support:

  • Oversee integration efforts to ensure cohesive operation between Manufacturing Operations solutions and other critical systems.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Manufacturing and MES solutions, acting as a key resource for complex issues.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify areas for enhancement.
  • Implement best practices in system maintenance to drive efficiency and reliability.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on MES systems.
  • 4+ years of experience as an SAP Systems Analyst, particularly in manufacturing operations.
  • Proven experience in MES system configuration and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and their integration with SAP.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • SAP or Six Sigma certification is advantageous.

Essential Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of Manufacturing Operations solutions (MES, MOM) with a focus on OEE, Quality, and Maintenance.
  • Proficiency in food manufacturing processes, including production line management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills to convey complex information effectively.
  • Experience in creating business artifacts such as requirements, process diagrams, and test plans.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently.
