- Assist with scheduling meetings, updating calendars, and performing various administrative tasks.
- Provide support with field trips, including transportation arrangements and collecting money from teachers.
- Manage student records, maintain confidentiality, and ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collect and record fees, maintain rosters for extracurricular activities, and assist with substitute teacher arrangements.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience as a secretary or administrative assistant in a professional setting.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and maintain confidentiality.
- Commitment to the mission of Gesu Catholic School and the Archdiocese of Detroit.
