We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our Home Health team at LHC Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our market share in the home health industry.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share, build strong relationships with referral sources, and educate the medical community about the services provided by LHC Group. You will also be responsible for managing sales administration duties, including expense entry compliance, payroll time sheets, and timely cell phone and email correspondence.
As a successful Account Executive, you will be able to articulate the features and benefits of our services, identify and meet the needs of referral sources, and drive business growth through effective sales calls and in-services. You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and for identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and expand our presence in the home health industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals.
- Educate the medical community about the services provided by LHC Group, including our home health and hospice services.
- Manage sales administration duties, including expense entry compliance, payroll time sheets, and timely cell phone and email correspondence.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
- Formal education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Two to three years of prior successful home health or hospice sales experience preferred.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills required.
- Strong computer skills to meet Microsoft Outlook and CRM software requirements.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be self-motivated.
