We are seeking an experienced Investment Operations Manager to join our team, focusing primarily on Fixed-Income investments and involved in the wider credit portfolio, including Private Credit/Alternatives.
Key Responsibilities- Onboarding and Due Diligence: Ensure that onboarding is carried out with the right level of detail in KYC and Due Diligence processes, and maintain standards once they are part of the system.
- Analytics and Data: Develop and maintain custom logic within BRS as needed, and assist the team with reporting needs in BRS.
- Investment Results: Update and monitor investment results, working closely with the investment accounting team to ensure accurate reporting.
- Asset Rotation: Assist with the execution of asset rotation, working with investment accounting to ensure asset movements are reflected in the systems.
- Manager Onboarding: Assist with onboarding new managers, including appropriate workflow between external asset managers, custodians, legals, and internal/external investment accounting service providers.
- KYC Requirements: Accountable for ongoing KYC requirements and IMA amendment updates with existing managers.
- Portfolio Monitoring: Work with asset managers to monitor portfolios.
- Due Diligence: Support the due diligence process on new investment opportunities within private credit.
- Private Credit Funds: Evaluate and analyze various private credit funds.
- Investment Memos: Assist in the preparation of investment memos and materials for the investment committee.
- Portfolio Performance: Monitor the performance of the existing investment portfolio.
- Research and Analysis: Perform research on trends and characteristics of various sectors within the private credit and securitized space.
- BRS Expertise: Advanced user of BRS.
- Investment Operations Experience: 2+ years of experience in investment operations.
- Onboarding and KYC: Familiar with onboarding and KYC process and requirements.
- Credit Experience: 2+ years of credit experience in one or more securitized products.
- Asset Classes: Familiarity with various asset classes within securitized products.
- Public and Private Markets: Experience in both public and private market investments.
- Analytical and Communication Skills: Strong analytical, quantitative, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Adaptability: Fluid and adapts well to changing environments.
