Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Barback to join our team at Live Nation Entertainment. As a Barback, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bars and providing exceptional customer service to our patrons.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist bartenders with pouring drinks, garnishing, and serving customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Restock and maintain bar supplies, including liquor, beer, wine, and mixers.
  • Keep the bar area clean and organized, including sweeping and mopping the floor, and cleaning equipment and glassware.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including counting cash and inventory.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a bar or restaurant environment preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and inventory.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a bar or restaurant environment.
  • Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.

Working Environment:

The working environment is fast-paced and often loud. The position requires extended periods of standing and working on your feet. You must be able to lift or move up to 25 pounds using proper lifting techniques.
