Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team at Ascension Saint Agnes in Baltimore, Maryland. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in a diverse healthcare environment.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring the highest level of care and patient satisfaction.
  • Coordinate patient care with members of the healthcare team, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Assess and document patient condition, communicating effectively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health and wellness.
Requirements
  • BLS Provider certification required within 1 month of hire date.
  • Registered Nurse licensure required prior to hire date.
  • Diploma from an accredited school of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.
