Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone
- Processing equipment check-ins for repairs
- Documenting completed repairs and reaching out to clients
- Conducting parts research and inventory management
- Facilitating sales transactions for parts, equipment, and repair services
Qualifications:
Experience with small engines is advantageous but not mandatory. Proficiency in computer operations is essential.
The starting hourly wage is $11.00, with the possibility of negotiation based on experience. When submitting your application, please indicate your expected salary.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with some college education preferred. Candidates must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
