- Monitoring database performance and analyzing complex information from various sources, including locally stored knowledge bases (primarily MS Excel).

- Configuring hardware and software to support high-availability computing services.
- Understanding IT operations, platforms, functions, and terminology.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Act as the initial point of contact for IT end-users.

- Possess a solid grasp of IT hardware and networking services, including Active Directory and software installation.
- Maintain the integrity and performance of company databases.

- Inform users of database changes and provide training on system utilization.
- Implement security best practices to safeguard company data, including firewalls and mobile device management.
- Recommend and document quality metrics.
- Resolve data quality issues and manage hardware and data effectively.
