Clinical Pharmacist

As a Clinical Pharmacist at Phoenix Children's Hospital, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for our patients. You will be responsible for reviewing and managing medication orders, verifying accuracy, and intervening as necessary. Key Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive pharmacy services, including medication therapy recommendations, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with medical and nursing staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Participate in hospital and department operational and quality improvement initiatives, including data collection and reporting.
- Provide evidence-based medication education and information to patients, caregivers, and medical staff.
