Position Overview:

Are you the right fit? We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • 6+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in a supervisory or management role
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the month-end closing process with support from the business operations team.
  • Manage consolidation, account mapping, FX conversions, and account analysis for our international subsidiaries.
  • Oversee the creation, completion, and review of month-end account reconciliations.
  • Prepare and process financial statements, reports, and other essential documents in compliance with GAAP.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain accounting policies and procedures in accordance with GAAP.
  • Coordinate with external and internal auditors, ensuring timely and accurate responses to information requests.
  • Enhance efficiency in policies, procedures, and timelines.
  • Identify control gaps and assist in designing and implementing solutions to strengthen internal controls and processes.
  • Support the Global Controller and senior members of the business operations team.
  • Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding financial results and special reports.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects across the organization.
  • Maintain relationships with external auditors, vendors, bankers, and clients.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • CPA license
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience required
  • Prior public accounting/auditing experience is highly valued.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and generally accepted auditing standards.
  • Experience in project-based accounting.
  • International accounting consolidation experience.
  • Proven success in conducting external or internal audits.
  • Strong background in audit methodologies and techniques.
  • Proficiency in finance, accounting, and ERP systems (NetSuite and OpenAir experience preferred).
  • Exceptional process improvement and problem-solving skills are essential.
