Work Schedule:
- Part-Time Only
- (Flexible days, 18-20 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a small team of 2 credit union staff
- Manage cash flow and financial investments
- Present proposals to the Board regarding interest and dividend rate changes
- Prepare the Annual Budget and conduct variance analysis
- Oversee loan processing and approvals
- Develop and implement policies to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
- Monitor and report on loan delinquency
Required Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in financial management within a credit union setting is preferred
- Familiarity with standard credit union policies and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities
- Capability to drive strategic planning for growth and financial sustainability
