Job Description

As a highly skilled and experienced professional, you will play a critical role in the success of our organization. We are seeking a talented individual to fill the position of DPS DLD Manager IV, responsible for overseeing the daily operations and activities of the Driver License Division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the achievement of departmental goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve efficiency and productivity, ensuring the effective use of resources and minimizing waste.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies to address these areas.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies, and maintain accurate records and reports as required.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members, and provide coaching and mentoring to support their growth and development.
  • Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address these areas.
  • Represent the organization in a professional and courteous manner, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a major in Business Management or related field.
  • Minimum of four years' experience in office and/or call center management and personnel administration, with a proven track record of success in leadership and business management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
  • Strong technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Working Conditions:

This position requires the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability. The successful candidate will be required to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
