Job Title: Lead Nurse Specialist
About the JobWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Nurse to fill a Lead Nurse Specialist position within our Department of Health and Human Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and guiding nursing staff in providing high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities- Patient Care: Develop and implement individualized plans of care for patients, ensuring their needs are met and their outcomes improved.
- Leadership: Supervise and mentor nursing staff, promoting a positive work environment and fostering open communication.
- Education: Provide educational sessions and workshops to nursing staff on topics such as evidence-based practice, quality improvement, and patient safety.
- Degree: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- Licensure: Current RN licensure in good standing.
- Certification: BLS certification required; other certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS) may be beneficial.
