Job Description: Administrative Specialist for Executive Leadership

Red Clover HR is recruiting for an experienced Administrative Specialist to provide critical support to our Executive Director. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the Executive Director's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Provide administrative support, including drafting correspondence and reports.
  • Use project management tools to track the progress of projects.
  • Ensure follow-up on action items from team meetings.
  • Support event planning by coordinating logistics and managing timelines.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in executive assistance or project management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with CRM tools like Salesforce.

Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year
