Work Schedule:

2nd Shift - 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Compensation Package:

  • Hourly Rate: $30.62, based on experience, plus a $1.00 shift premium

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and comprehend job specifications to ensure production aligns with established standards using Flexo technology.
  • Prepare machinery for production runs effectively.
  • Conduct quality assessments to meet established standards, making necessary adjustments to the press and processes.
  • Document and analyze downtime, including duration, reasons, and corrective actions.
  • Input daily production data and adjustments into the system.
  • Troubleshoot machine issues and implement solutions to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Maintain waste and scrap levels within company guidelines.
  • Complete pre-production and approval documentation.
  • Assist in training new team members and oversee the daily tasks of junior staff.
  • Ensure the correct inks are utilized and replaced as necessary.
  • Manage the staging of paper rolls at the press.
  • Support the removal of work-in-progress pallets from the press.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to contribute to operational success.
