Program Overview

The Technology Development Program at The Cigna Group is a comprehensive program designed to support the professional and personal development needs of early career technology associates. The program's mission is to encourage the growth of technical knowledge through rotational assignments and support the development of well-rounded professionals.

Role Responsibilities

As a member of the Technology Development Program, you will spend 80% of your time working on a technology-oriented agile team supporting the development of technical solutions. You will also commit 20% of your time to one or more of seven committees, including Recruiting, Innovations, Diversity Equity & Inclusion, Development, Engagement, Onboarding, and Branding.

Qualifications

To be eligible for this role, you must have completed a bachelor's or master's degree in a technical program at the time of hire. Preferred degrees include Computer Science, Computer Science and Engineering, and Software Engineering. You must also have a working knowledge of programming basics and a strong desire to develop your technical skills.
