Role ResponsibilitiesAs a member of the Technology Development Program, you will spend 80% of your time working on a technology-oriented agile team supporting the development of technical solutions. You will also commit 20% of your time to one or more of seven committees, including Recruiting, Innovations, Diversity Equity & Inclusion, Development, Engagement, Onboarding, and Branding.
QualificationsTo be eligible for this role, you must have completed a bachelor's or master's degree in a technical program at the time of hire. Preferred degrees include Computer Science, Computer Science and Engineering, and Software Engineering. You must also have a working knowledge of programming basics and a strong desire to develop your technical skills.
