About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Business Analyst to join our Global Markets Pre-Trade IT team at Natixis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing IT solutions to support the Global Macro business line, with a focus on Fixed Income products, trades, and businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with FX & Rates desks to establish trust relationships with traders and understand their needs and requirements.
- Formalize business requirements and collaborate with product owners to translate those requirements into development tasks.
- Build mockups or PoC and define and execute test scripts.
- Coordinate user acceptance tests with traders and document and enrich our knowledge base.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in interest rates derivatives and FX trading/risk as a business analyst in front office.
- Solid knowledge of quantitative finance and understanding of market data, market making, and pre-trade concepts.
- Good experience with Excel spreadsheets development and familiarity with Python or C#.
